(1) High pressure: result: if the pressure exceeds 2.0 MPa, the cold dryer will trip for maintenance. Air cooled: pay attention to the environmental temperature and the cleanliness of the air cooler appearance; water cooled: whether the flow, temperature and pressure of cooling water meet the requirements, and the water regulating valve can reduce the high pressure by adjusting the water regulating valve clockwise.
(2) Low pressure: air cooled: check nitrogen generating equipment and adjust the setting value of high and low pressure switch of fan. Water cooled: water regulating valve with counter clockwise regulation.
(3) High evaporation pressure: results: the influence of cold dryer on later water and oil removal. Treatment method: adjust the hot gas bypass valve anticlockwise or adjust the expansion valve anticlockwise.
(4) The result of low evaporation pressure: ice blockage will be formed (water vapor in compressed air condenses directly into ice, forming pipeline blockage). Note: regulating hot gas pipeline through valve, water regulating valve, high and low pressure switch and expansion valve is not independent, but interrelated. It is necessary to adjust the valve while checking the appearance until the parameters are within the normal range.
