2. When the compressed air passes through the primary pipe network filter element, it will produce coalescence effect, and the larger particles will be adsorbed on the filter material, and the water will condense into large water drops.
3. When entering the separation chamber, the speed of compressed air slows down, which makes the particles gather again, and the water mist condenses on the honeycomb collector again.
4. The water carrying impurity particles flows to the drainage device along the bottom and is discharged by automatic or electric drain valve.
5. More than 95% of the water drops, oil and large particles in the compressed air are filtered by the filter element, and the compressed air filtered first enters the filter element.
6. When the compressed air passes through the secondary special cotton fiber filter screen, thousands of small vortices will be generated. At the same time, compressed air will accelerate dozens of times. The vortex center will be like a tornado, forming a vacuum state. In one stage, the unfiltered droplets are evaporated, transformed and re filtered. At the same time, the particles as small as 5 μ m are completely eliminated by the secondary filter.
7. After two-stage filtration, clean and dry compressed air is obtained, which is free of dust, rust, oil and water drops, so as to ensure the normal operation of the air separation unit and extend the service life of the pneumatic equipment.
