What is the principle of small oxygen generator?

     PSA is a kind of oxygen making equipment which uses pressure adsorption and pressure desorption to recycle the oxygen production equipment, which makes compressed air enter into the adsorption tower alternately, so as to realize air separation, thus continuously producing high purity product oxygen. The pressure swing adsorption oxygen generator is an automatic equipment which takes zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, absorbs oxygen from air and releases oxygen from small oxygen machine by using the principle of pressure adsorption and pressure reduction desorption. Zeolite molecular sieve is a kind of spherical particle adsorbent with microporous surface and interior, which is white after special pore processing and industrial oxygen production equipment. The pore characteristics make it possible to separate O2 and N2 dynamically. Molecular sieving of O2 and N2 is based on the small difference in the dynamic diameter of the two gases. N2 molecules spread faster in the microporous zeolite, while O2 molecules have a slower diffusion rate. The diffusion of water and carbon dioxide in compressed air is similar to that of nitrogen. Finally, oxygen molecules are enriched from the adsorption tower. The whole system of small oxygen generator consists of the following parts: compressed air purification part, air storage tank, oxygen nitrogen separation device, oxygen buffer tank; if filling steel cylinder is required, oxygen supercharger and bottle filling device shall be installed at the end.
