Compared with the membrane separation method, the investment is lower. However, in terms of nitrogen production capacity, compared with membrane separation and PSA nitrogen production, the purity of deep freezing method is more than 10 times higher, and the extraction rate of nitrogen is nearly 50% higher than that of membrane separation. For example, for the nitrogen production by membrane separation with 99.9% purity, the deep freezing method can reach 45%, PSA nitrogen production method can reach 32.1%, and membrane separation method can reach 15%. Therefore, in practical application, deep freezing separation method has great application value and advantages.
