Zay series high-efficiency oil-water separator is mainly composed of container parts, spiral separator (water separation part), filter element component, sewage system (not shown in the figure), instruments, etc. The compressed air containing a large amount of oil, water and solid particles enters the spiral channel of the spiral separator tangentially after being accelerated by variable diameter. Most of the droplets and large particles are thrown off by centrifugal action. The pretreated compressed air can only enter the inner cavity of the spiral separator due to the blocking of the intermediate tray, and pass through the cylindrical filter element from the outside to the inside. Under the comprehensive action of direct interception, inertial collision, gravity sedimentation and filtration mechanism of the combined filter bed, the tiny aerosol particles are further captured and condensed in the process of passing through the filter bed, and finally the gas-liquid separation is realized in the inner layer gravity sedimentation layer. The separated droplets fall into the filter element and are led out through a spiral tube.
Due to the reasonable setting of two-stage purification elements and the adoption of coagulation filtration mechanism, the series of products have high purification degree, small resistance loss, large dust capacity of filter element, long service life, compact overall structure, and convenient operation and maintenance.
