The activated carbon filter uses new activated carbon as adsorption material to further increase the residual oil content of compressed air to ≤ 0.01 pp m, which meets the operation requirement that the oil content at the inlet of molecular sieve must be less than or equal to 0.1 pp m. This series of products have the advantages of long service life, high active efficiency, low operation cost and no need of any power components.
The activated carbon filter is mainly composed of a diffuser, a gas collector and a container containing activated carbon. The compressed air containing residual oil diffuses into the container from the diffuser and contacts with the surface of activated carbon for adsorption and activation. The compressed air is collected by the bottom gas collector and then discharged.
