In general, there is no basic requirement of the site for the system equipment of the nitrogen making machine. As long as the plane of the workshop is flat, the installation conditions can be met. For larger air compressor and compressed air drying equipment, the practice can be carried out according to the requirements of manufacturers. In order to keep the equipment clean and simple, it is better to make a plane 10 cm above the ground where the air compressor, drying equipment, nitrogen generator and nitrogen purification device are placed.
The equipment is usually arranged along the wall of the site. The compressor and freeze dryer should be placed at the upper air outlet and well ventilated place. There is no air tank behind the compressor. The interval between the compressor and freeze dryer should be as large as possible, and the length of the pipe between the two should be as long as possible, so as to reduce the contracted air temperature through the atmospheric environment. The interval between each equipment should be at least 1 m, and the interval between each equipment and the wall should be at least 0.8 M. the operation surface of the equipment should face the direction of simple operation of the staff, and the user should operate, take good care of and inspect the equipment. The pipeline connection between the equipment is determined according to the essential situation after the equipment is in place. It is suggested that the pipeline connection should be made by the user according to the demand. All pipelines adopt hard connection method (threaded connection or welding) and are constructed by professional personnel to prevent leakage.
After all the process equipment are in place, the pipelines between the equipment shall be arranged according to the actual situation on site. All pipes are hard connected (threaded connection or welding), and there is a special person for construction to prevent leakage. Copper pipe or stainless steel pipe (New galvanized pipe is selected for the second time) should be used for the pipeline between nitrogen outlet and gas consumption point of molded products, and welding method should be used for connection. The power supply and cooling water are led to the equipment site, and the distribution board and cooling water supply facilities are prepared.
