1. Power light on, left suction method, pressure balancing method, right suction method indicator light cycle on, indicating the process.
2. When the left suction indicator light is on, the balance pressure of the left adsorption tower increases gradually from equalizing pressure, while the right suction pressure of the nitrogen generator decreases gradually from equalizing pressure to zero. When the pressure equalizing indicator light is on, the left and right pressure of the adsorption tower rises and falls, and gradually reaches equilibrium.
3. The results show that when the right absorber light is on, the pressure of the right absorber increases gradually from the equilibrium pressure when the pressure is equalized, while the pressure of the left absorber decreases gradually from the equilibrium pressure when the pressure is equalized to zero;
4. The outlet pressure of nitrogen parts is expressed as normal gas pressure, and the pressure will fluctuate slightly during use, but the change should not be too large.
5. The flow meter shall be basically stable, the fluctuation shall not be too large, and the indication value of the flow meter shall not be greater than the rated gas production of the nitrogen generator.
6. The indication value of the oxygen tester shall not be less than its rated purity, and there may be a small amount of fluctuation, but it shall not be too large.
