1、 How it works
No heat regeneration compressed air dryer is a kind of equipment for drying compressed air according to the principle of pressure swing adsorption. Under a certain pressure, the gas flows through the adsorbent layer (drying bed) from bottom to top. At room temperature and high pressure, the adsorbent absorbs the water in the gas, so that the gas is dried. After the pressure drops, a small amount of dry gas contacts with the adsorbent, and the water in the adsorbent is transferred to the regeneration air and discharged out of the machine to regenerate the adsorbent. The dryer is a double tower structure filled with adsorbent. One adsorption tower is used for drying and the other adsorption tower is for regeneration.
