1、 How it works
Micro heat regeneration compressed air dryer is a kind of equipment for drying compressed air according to the principle of pressure swing adsorption. Reasonable absorption has the advantages of both hot and non thermal regeneration methods. Under a certain pressure, the gas flows through the adsorbent layer (drying bed) from bottom to top, and the water is adsorbed (working) at low temperature and high pressure, and the water is desorbed (regenerated) under high temperature and low pressure. The dryer is a double tower structure filled with adsorbent. One adsorption tower is used for drying and the other adsorption tower is for regeneration.

The results show that the dew point of the product gas is stable, the regeneration gas consumption is small, and the energy consumption is low; the structure is reasonable and the humanized design is convenient for operation and maintenance; the advanced and reasonable process control system is adopted to ensure stable and reliable operation;. It can automatically switch to no heat operation mode when micro heat mode fails; it adopts non-contact solid-state switch for heating control, PID constant temperature regulation technology; various fault alarm and processing functions; optional dew point control function to save energy consumption; optional RS485 / RS232 communication interface and joint control function.
