Under a certain temperature, the residual oxygen in low-purity raw material nitrogen reacts with carbon provided by carbon supported catalyst: the CO2 generated by C + 02 = CO2 ↑ can be removed by pressure swing adsorption process and deeply dehydrated to obtain high purity nitrogen.
