1、 How it works
Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) equipment is a kind of equipment which uses carbon in sieve as adsorbent and uses pressure swing adsorption principle to obtain nitrogen. Under a certain pressure, the diffusion rate of ammonia and oxygen in the carbon molecular Book varies greatly, that is, the adsorption rate of oxygen by carbon molecular sieve is much higher than that of nitrogen, oxygen molecules are largely adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen molecules are enriched in the gas phase to achieve oxygen nitrogen separation; at the same time, because the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen varies with the pressure, the carbon can be desorbed by reducing the pressure The oxygen molecules adsorbed on the molecular sieve can regenerate the carbon molecular sieve and can be reused. Two or more adsorption towers are used to design the process, and PLC is used to control the process program. One tower can produce nitrogen by adsorption, the other by desorption and regeneration, and the cycle is alternate to continuously produce high-quality nitrogen.
